Executive orders

So I see a lot of executive order signed and I don't agree with most if not all of them. I was asked a very simple question today and could not answer it. What is needed to over come an executive order? It seem it takes little to nothing to enact them, and the phrase "an act of congress" implies something that never happens. So what are the steps to turning these unconstitutional orders back?

Praying for our country,
Norman

Those jerks have all the power and don't know if we could do anything to repeal any of it.

This is one very big reason why we must know who we are voting for to be POTUS. There is a lot of power there that is too easilly abused.

Off the top of my head a 2/3 vote of both the house and senate. Can't get that right now but in November REMEMBER vote them out.
