You can't send a PM to a member who hasn't signed up with the new site. You could go back to the old site and invite them over, if they haven't come over yet.

You need to go into usercp and turn on send a copy of a pm to your sent items.folder.

Yep, they have increased it recently. It was originally 50.

In usercp and under Private Messages, click on "Send New Message". At the bottom of the screen you will get is an "Additional Options" section. Check the box for "send copy of message to sent messages folder."
