Where is the Kawasaki Plants in Japan?
First of all the devestation in Japan is just awful. My heart goes out to all experiencing the loss of family, friends, homes, communities...just so sad.
Now out of curiosity where about over there is the Kawasaki plants. I would imagine there has to be some interuptions in business as usual regardless or where located in Japan.,

Where is the Kawasaki Plants in Japan?
Headquarters are in Kobe and Tokyo.
From Wikipedia: "Even though it originally[2] started out as a ship-building company, its most visible consumer product lines are its motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, although the company and its subsidiaries also manufacture personal water craft, ships, industrial plants, tractors, trains, small engines, and aerospace equipment (including military aircraft). Subcontract work on jet aircraft (including jumbo jets) has been done for Boeing, Embraer, and Bombardier." They have around 30 different subsidiaries in Japan alone, with plants all over the world.

I saw the same report. I expect things to be higher from Japan, but I wouldn't be surprised if some Japanese companies, like Honda motorcycles, reopen and/or retool their vacant facilities in the U.S. on a temporary basis.

Don't know if they are still involved in aviation but at one time they made airplanes.
