Death Penalty.
Dibs as in I've got Dibs on the big chair. So Arizona gets first shot at prosecution and it will be a Capital Case and he will die. Just not soon enough or slowly enough.

I heard on the radio on my way home from work that these charges filed today make him eligible for the death penalty. Whether or not the federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty is unknown at this point.

If there was ever a candidate for execution, he's it. Too bad it probably won't happen in my lifetime.

Ah yes... I wouldn't think we need to keep this slug alive any longer than we need to.

Besides, we have a deficit problem we need to tend to... and I wouldn't put the expense of keeping him alive for another second as a line-item I would keep. ;)
