2 plastic confirmations it has gotta be plastic... Plastic can't be chromed, but it can get a aluminum finish that is similar to chrome.

I went to look the other day and even pressed my cheek on the cap end, to feel and it was cooler to the touch, and i couldn't tell if it was a cheap pot metal casting or plastic.

I tried to hand twist it off, but it refused.

I often wondered how plastic was chromed...very interesting.

Some guys can do it with so called chrome paint. I am not that good. As I hear it they lay on 20 coats of paint and let it dry, the polish almost all but 6 layers away. Never getting a thing hot.

Jim, you didn't seem to know what the guy was asking when he brought up a time clock necklace.
There is a doofus on one of the cable channels that is called Flavor Flav and he wears a giant clock on a necklace. :-/
