The only possible way to get term limits would be to vote out every single incumbent and let the new electees know that if they don't pass term limit laws that they will get voted out also.

No Bob I don't expect it to happen either. I am sure come election time a lot of incumbents will get voted back in. People say they are going to vote them out but it hardly ever happens.

I agree with the term limits. Byrd is right up there with Strom Thurmond. Both were in there forever!

I am from Wv been here my whole life one thing I have learned from living here is you don't disrespect someone after there passing. Don't mean to start anything you all have good points and we need to learn from this and remember when we vote this fall.

Term Limits for Senators and Representatives can only be brought about through an ammendment to the Constitution through a "Super Majority" 2/3rds of both houses. With our "fractured" demographic society that will never happen again..

I was born and raised around death... I'll not change my opinion about anyone because of their death. Death is nothing more than a fact of life.

I lived in WV for 10 yrs where I saw many folks worship him like a God. As for me, he and the SOBs like him spent this USA into so much debt that we might not recover. We do not need nor can we afford more like Bobby KKK Byrd.

I was tryin' ta' be nice. My 01 Nad was stolen in W.Va. The cops refused to do anything other than tell me to be gone before sunset. More papers came from their courts and were not even filled in legally, which is stated right on the summons.

Now riders from W.Va are one thing, poly tics from anywhere are quite another.

I am not familar with the old geezer, and I bet he is deep into dirt, and if he wasn't, he will be shortly.

I never ask anybody to respect him after his death I never cared for the man myself I do care about a family that just lost a loved one. I can't really say I have cared for any politician or lawyers they all forgot who they work for. But I sure wish I could take that check book away from them so they would quit wasting our money.

Obama and his obamunists are out of control and there is no one to stop their race to spend us into a depression before they get voted out.
I still think someone should bring up impeach before its toooooooo late. They are outright ignoring the already on the books laws regarding immigration, they bent the 60 vote rule to get the health care vote through to pass it, they are ignoring the 50%+ majority of Americans that think they are nuts on taxing cow farts to coal mines.

Solution, impeach Obama repeal all the spending they have set in motion and get us back to trying to create a budget that doesnt eat 60%+ of our countries income.
