I can just see Scott not waving to anyone not riding a HD and have HD drinking glasses and HD underwear.............

Voyager vs. Harley Ultra Classic Review

They are both nice bikes, I test rode the HD at Lake George last year and can't deny that it has great low speed handling compared to my Nomad. But I also Felt way more cramped, over all it was a very nice ride and I guess with the way the economy is you can get a good deal to with a Little haggling. I have not yet rode the new Voyager. So I cant say if it compares to the HD or not. I do like the way it looks.

Forgot to mention I did read the review and watch the video. It at least pointed out the good and the bad of both bikes. No matter what you ride its still got to be right for the person riding it.

Exactly what I mentioned.

Each had its positive and negative points in the review. I thought it treated both bikes fairly. So... one has to make the choice of which fits there wants-and-needs. ;)

Thats a great price, at least compared to the prices I see up here. Do you have a colour choice, or is it some awful looking paint scheme they can't get rid of.
I'll wait until your ready to part with yours thats a real beauty you got there Lloydd.

Voyager vs. Harley Ultra Classic Review

I have seriously considered Kawasaki for my next purchase. The Voyager is awesome but too expensive. The electric glide is also too expensive.

I will be purchasing a Harley Davidson Street Glide. The same bike as the Electra Glide without the touring pack I dont need and with a lot less chrome that i am sick of polishing for the same price as a Voyager.

Voyager vs. Harley Ultra Classic Review

I looked at the new electra glide ultra when I traded. Those are beautiful bikes. Really well put together. After all the jokes I heard about Harley quality, I was amazed. Nice fit and finish. ABS, great weather protection, very comfortable riding position for me, even had a great horn: no need for a Steble. But my wife didn't like the passenger seat. She lasted about 30 seconds before declaring it very uncomfortable. Passenger seat has a big bulge in the middle: correctable, but I couldn't see paying that much for a bike and then having to buy a new seat just to make it comfortable.

Married? Make polishing the chrome one of your wife's chores. It'll keep her busy, and a busy wife is a happy wife. ::)
