I just made my reservations! Our vacation plans for 2008 are going to be submitted soon and I wanted to be sure and get this trip on the list. We will be riding from Virginia Beach and plan to leave early Thursday morning.

I think it would be cool to meet other KawaNOW members and ride together along the way. I believe our area is the furthest east (which is a BIG DUH) seeing that we are on the oceanfront of Virginia.

The primary routes are 64 west, 81 north, and 33 west. Route 10 runs parallel to 64 west and it is a great scenic ride to Richmond.

I'm coming from West TN.....going thru Knoxville stopping at Honda Hoot. Hubbie stopping at Hoot - may have some painting done to the wing and then going to catch up with me at Elkins in a day or so. Could possibly run into each other somewheres around 81N out of Knoxville. When it gets closer will see if we might meet up somewhere...we could exchange cell #s.
