Mark, Do you have the name of the manufacturer? I have mine over here somewhere with the VIN tag that came a week later in the mail. I had already gone to the State Police and got a VIN from them and registered the trailer already.

I built my own with a 12" wheel Harbor Freight trailer and a custom built diamond plate aluminum box from K&W Custom Tool Boxes (http://www.customtoolboxes.com/) . They even built me some matching fenders. I built mine much larger than "Normal" (40"W X 60"L X 24"H) to haul my Tentcot but still have less than $800 in it. A Smaller frame and smaller box would be cheaper. Here is a pic of it unfinished to give you a idea.I can take some more pic.s of it with the lights etc. if anyone is interested.

My "Pod" trailer (no longer made) bought used for $500. I've since removed the flames and other stickers.

That name doesn't ring a bell Mark. Funny how those trailers are strikingly similar coming from different manufacturers. Evidently, neither of them are patented or one is infringing on the other's patent. Shape and size appear to be exactly the same, even the wheels.

Just did today. Prepping it for a trip up thru the New England states and back. 10 days on the road. Yippee !!

We've been SERIOUSLY shopping for a trailer and have sworn that we will have one before our next big biking trip. What a hassle it is strapping a t-bag on and off my sissy bar at each hotel!!!

We came across a neat looking trailer in Tennessee. The owner was nice enough to come outside and let us all see the inside. I think the idea is pretty clever....they make these trailers from the diamond plate tool boxes that pickup trucks usually have up against the back window! He showed us that these can be stood straight up, out of the way in your garage when not used. The price is about the same that others ask for their trailers....
