Damn Rattle
trip,
i have had 2 nomads and they have both had a rattle in the same place. as you are sitting on the bike the chrome headlight nacelle that goes around the forks has a strengthen bar behind that is raised up. instead a taking it apart i used 2 bondo spreaders and stuck them in between the cover and the strengthening bar far enough to stop the rattle and hide the spreader. wa la no rattle. place1 spreader in each side Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Damn Rattle
1 other place that will sometimes rattle is where the v/h pipes meet at the right rear before the rear cylinder goes under the swing arm. mainly on decel the rear cylinder will rattle on the front cylinder pipe cover.

Damn Rattle
I had a rattle driving me nuts last week. Figured out it was the radiator screen vibrating at certain rpm and touching the radiator shroud. Took some sticky weatherstripping and attached it to the shroud and bolted it back on. Now I have a nice soft buffer between the two and you can't even see it.
