Just a word of advise if you look at pict#4 in the kuryakn install guide see the two support brakets on each side with the two bolts I would strongly suggest using you old brackets...

I beleive it should go onto the back of the hypercharger there should be a nipple on the back for it I think I have the same air cleaner on mine.

You will be fine both my wife and I have full heated gear we use at the same time coat,gloves,pants and socks with no problem.

A spot of something?

Wipe the hose off really good and wait awhile mine leaked a little at about 20k i cleaned the hose off good and never got another leak. Its been 15k since it first happened and dry as a bone.

Fuel gauge problem

My fuel gauge recently seems off the low fuel light will come on when I still have two bars left anyone else have this problem? normally it would come on with one bar and about 15 mile on the last...
