Thanks for the replies. I hardly ever use the rear brake, I am fairly aggressive on the curves but usually down shift once, easy in and accelerate hard going out.

I wouldn`t do BMW simply because the closest dealer is over 2 hours away. I honestly don`t care for the look of any of the Indian motorcycles.
Plus I wouldn`t trust them to be around forever....

Mine has been doing the same thing. 2012 with 46,000 miles Cleaning throttle body hasn't help. Shutting off and restarting cures it. Been meaning to call Ivan sometime. Have not done the update yet.
