Starke Bikefest this weekend

Hey Eric & Jim wish I could join you.

I will miss a few weeks riding. Got left knee fixed last year and hoped to make right one last till after Thanksiving this year. It's been getting worse and filled up with fluid bout a week ago. Saw Dr, he gave a shot of steroids but didn't touch it so scheduled for MRI Monday. Hoping just Artho-surgery about a week after that. That would mean I will be back riding around end of Sept if all goes well.

May get the Vette out and follow the guys up here to a lunch or two in the interim but know I couldn't take walking around Starke on crutches even if I drove there. Have fun and don't get to wet!

Ross

Good luck with the knee Ross. Bummer you'll miss the rain, heat, and humidity. Good time to get it done ;)

Good luck with the knee and if they have to do a replacement, J+J have been having a little bad luck on their parts. as far as the weather goes I am taking my new rain pouch ( long sleeve t in a zip lock)

Jim, that should be a easy ride for you

Leeanne has over-ruled. We are riding to Cape Canaveral for breakfast. Starke will have to survive without us.

Have fun Eric,

Jim

Coach,

We're as busy as ever...wedding [last daughter] is now behind us, so is summer vacation [very sad]. Looking forward to some weekend trips though. Ride to the heartland is coming up [October 2nd?].

I know this is your busy season but maybe we can get the group together during Biketoberfest?

Jim

I was thinking the same thing Jim. We could plan on meeting at the Kawa tent and then do lunch somewhere.
