Alot of noise from engine top

I have a 011500 nomad with around 36000 miles.I am getting a lot of what sounds like the valves need adjusting. Or is this a common noise for this engine. Or could it be the timing chains that need a upgraded tensioner. Any help would be very helpful.

It could be that your bike needs the cam tensioner extensions added.
The valves are not adjustable.
