Ecu

First of all please excuse my ignorance but I am as far away of a mechanic as you can get. Exactly what is the ECU and where is it located on a 2012 vulcan Voyager? I know that being Ivanized means something is done by a guy named Ivan.

Its located right under the seat next to the battery, its the electronic control unit, or computer for the bike. Its a box shaped similar to a VHS tape with 2-3 plugs going into it,and is encased in a rubber liner.
Ivan can reprogram the unit for better performance, so you do not need a seperate fuel processor.

So helpful! Thanks much for the effort. That's the best thing about forums, there's always someone out there with the ability to help no matter where ya live.
