Long Ride Shields

I have been looking at the shields with the curve for a while and they have always been a bit expensive to me, but I ordered one today from Long Ride Shields. I don't have a review yet, but most of the online reviews are good. Right now they have free shipping if you order over the phone, so I thought for $79.99 I would give it a try.
I ordred the 10" Ultra Flat Top with dark gray tint. I post a review once I get it installed and ride with it.

I have had one for almost two years now. A 10" clear. Very happy with it.

I have a ClearView 9" light tint with the curve at the top, I really like it, and the curve does make a big difference.

I recently bought a 9" Fastaire Aero shield with the recurve. I really like it.

I have a 12" with the recurve and it completely blocks the wind/rain in any conditions. The company is great to deal with as well.

Are these only for bikes with fairings? Clearviews are well over $200 and this brand is $80 seems a big difference.

They make regular windshields for RoadKings, but not for Nomads. The only shields they make that we Nomaders can use is for fairing.

Mine should arrive today.

Hey Doc, good to see you here! Yes, we are talking fairing windshields.

they do full windshields too, but currently only have Harley models on their website - so really we're talking about fairings here.

As an aside, if you go on the HDforums website, LRS is auctioning off a windshield a day to the lowest bidder. I managed to score one for $47+shipping.... great deal!
