Fish, on your 1600, the tire sizes are 150/80R-16, for the front, and 180/70R-16 for the rear.

Fish; What brand are you planning on installing? All I know is that after two sets of ME880's on my bike, today I replaced the front tire with a Dunlop D404, WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE, and for the better. I think the Dunlop I used probably isn't as good a tire as the Avons or the Elite 3's but it sure feels better than the Metzeler.
