NOMAD AIR CLEANER

Ok Nomad owners, lets see pix of you aftermarket air filter cover.
Where did you get it, did you do both sides of the bike, etc. Did you change your stock pipes too?
This stock pancake cover on my 08 is just to plain. But I dont want to change my stock pipes, YET/ or at all.

NOMAD AIR CLEANER

I have the same air cleaner assembly with a K&N filter on the right. Left side is stock for now. I am looking for a good aftermarket intake for the right side like a Hypercharger or Thunder unit (well, thinking long and hard about the Thunder after reading the other thread).

Pick up a pair of these at the local car parts joint...epoxy in a metric stud...and presto.
Fancy Schmancy Air cleaner cover bolts.

They're air cleaner nuts. I forgot what metric thread they are. These are Mister Gasket P/N:9868.
You can use any cool air cleaner nut. I did drill out a little bit and tap for the metric thread before epoxy.
