2007 Nomad : Loaded
Since I bought the Victory, I will no longer need the Nomad. This bike has 21K miles, always garaged and regularly serviced with the best synthetics. Barnett clutch spring 500 miles ago, New Michelin Comander on the rear 70 miles ago. Eagle radiator cover, eagle clutch and brake covers (chrome). Kury grips, brake and shift controls, road pegs. Lower bag rails/protectors. Phat two risers (fire embossed), mini apes, brake away control (the expensive one), throttle boss, head light visor, fender tips front and back.
Reckless fairing with 8" light smoke recurve LRS shield, full marine polk DB 521 X 4. Kenwood KMR-D558BT stereo head with smoke water proof cover. This Head unit will do darn near anything. It has 3 outs for seperate amps, and an out for bass. Blue tooth, USB, CD. DVD, Aux port, you name it. Hard lowers with open and close vents, lockable "glove" compartments in the top. Original Harley tour pac with led's along the bottom sides, the air foil (spoiler) on top with led's, the chrome top luggage rack, chrome wrap around running/brake light trim, antennas, speaker pods and speakers, passenger back rest, Wompus rack. Lined inside, new latches and hinges. All three above professionally painted two tone to match bike. Extra layer of clear coat. Bike is titanium and black. Bike also has some pin striping on bags, front fender, and fairing. Thunder intake, VH pipes, fuel processor. Vulcan Bag liners, Light bar, passenger board extensions. I could go on, but you get the idea. All the stuff removed comes with the bike. $7650.00 is my new price. A little high for a 2007, but it would cost anyone 11 to 12 grand to buy the same bike and then build it like I have. Forgot to mention the Mustang seat. Dropped the price $1100.00 Take advantage. Run it from time to time, but still Great shape and as represented. Brand new battery.

Hope you sell it for that, then I'll have a better idea what mine is worth.

Not just yet Amin. The old Nomad still has a lot of life in her. Besides, It's paid for.

Thanks, guys. no interrest yet, but I have only posted here so far. Getting ready to hit Craigslist soon. I really like the color, too. It's nice to have paid for bikes, but that's my problem. All three are paid for, so I have bikes, but no money. I expect that there will be some arguing back and forth on the price. Goes with the territory. I just talked with a buddy that bought a tour pac for his Road Glide about a month ago. Close to the same one I have, but not near as nice and with a couple of less features.
Said he paid 750.00 and then had to have it painted. I may just put the bike back stock and sell the extras seperate. They are very nice and if someone has that color scheme, then no cost of paint. Figure the trunk is worth 900.00 if he paid what he did. We'll see. Sure wish Kelli would want to ride, that could be her bike.

OK, everybody. I'm in the middle of spring cleaning and ready to move some stuff. So......I am dropping my price. I will sell this beautiful example of a Nomad for $7800.00 with all the goodies, and all the pieces that came off of it.
It is truly a see to believe, and with low miles, great care, all the new stuff and all should serve someone as a great touring bike for a very long time. I have made a few discoveries since riding the Vic. The 1600 Nomad is a great in between bike. It has a lot more cockpit room than the 1500, but not as much as the Vic. The way I have it now, it actually offers better cold weather protection than the Vic ( I was surprised). I can ride the Nomad in 25 degree weather in jeans, no chaps and be comfortable. Still need a jacket, but not a lot of one. For someone under 5-11 the bars, seat windshield set up should be perfect. I am 5-9 and ride perfectly relaxed, arms up, but not streatched, see fine over the windshield, no buffeting, lean back into the seat and actually use the "lumbar support" created by the passenger seat overhang. Just the bike itself should sell for over $6000. Another 1800 gets you 5500. worth of adds.

Good luck with the sell at $7800 that is a great deal. But of you ever decide to sell the Hard lowers with open and close vents, please email me. If I did not have my bike already set up I would have been all over yours.

paul --- I think part of the problem is that you live in Mongolia. A quick Google check shows that it's better than 6500 miles from there to the US. Shipping will be very expensive and possibly cost prohibitive. Very nice looking bike, though.
