Darkside Size

Most of the darksiders are going to the Dunlap SP 5000 in 1 95/60/16. I would like to get some thing a little larger. Blowndodge, I know your running a Conti Vanco 8. Where can I get a tire in the size you are running. Every site I try says no tire by that size. Would like to try and reduce speedo error without using electronics to fix it. Again thanks for all input.

Thats the site I have tried and if I put in the tire size 185/75/16 it comes up saying no tires. What am I doing wrong? I pull up Continental tires and same thing happens.

There's also 195/65-16 which should almost eliminate speedo error, try www.tire-easy.com if interested.

Can someone tell me the difference in the mc tire size and the ds tire size? Is it because the ds tire is basically wider because of its more square construction that the numbers are so different?

I understand what the numbers mean in teh tire size just trying to figure out why there is such a difference. Why you can't just get the same size tire in ds that you would in mc is my question?

Maybe they ran out of them? I know Idaho bought one a few weeks ago and said they listed only a couple left in that size.

The wider tire has sex appeal, so we think. Mine came with a stunning brunett.

Blowndodge, ok thanks I'll keep an eye out for them, still have time and tread left on OEM.

Dx dixie thanks I've seen that size on there, a conti vanco 2. I'm going to keep that one in mind for sure!

I will be gong to the darkside no doubt what so ever!

Thanks for all the info everyone!

Go to Tirerack.com and search for the Vanco-8. It won't come up with just the size. When I ordered mine they told me the tires were on closeout. It is not here yet so I'm still not an official darksider. Just a wannabe.
