Just for the record...

In order to keep my records as accurate as possible, please open the membership listing pdf at:
http://www.kawanow.org/pdf/kawanowmembers_sorted.pdf
and let me know of anyone that should have their status changed.

Maybe some have sold their Nomads and gone to another brand of motorcycle. I'll need to change their status -or- maybe they've been flagged as an Enthusiast and now own a Nomad. Or, maybe they've moved to a different city or state.

If you see something that definately needs to be changed, feel free to email me at robert@hilliard.ws and let me know the member number and what needs to be changed.

Many thanks,
Trip

I find it interesting that only two of us are listed for Germany. I know there are Nomad riders in the Hamburg - Schleswig-Holstein area but I suspect language is the disqualifying factor for signing up. Germans learn English in school but they don't practice it too much after school and lose it. Oh well !!!

Be interesting to see how many don't still own their Nomads.

I know one guy from Iowa doesn't have a Nomad anymore. Carl Frank, 326. He rides an Ultra now. Also, my road name is ponch.

Ken, my wife is German, and in the 70's everyone did know and did use English. I sure wish I could live there again and ride there as a civillian. I remember I had a 450 Honda, and I'd get looks from the 'Gangs' onn their Kreidler Mopeds. Yes there were gangs on Mopeds, and those guys were downright EVIL! One did not want to mess with those guys, sort of like our own Hells Angels. Man that would be an interesting topic for a thred- Bike Gangs in Foriegn Countries.. anyway you are a lucky devil being there.

I'll probably replace it over the winter, but I have been thinking of possibly fixing it the last few days. Its just that some of the parts I need will add up in a hurry and Im not sure if its worth doing.
