Did you all pay attention to the details of those riders? The man on the inside of the turn always turns his head to the outside to watch his partner. He does not look at the cone. Looks like the outboard rider sets the turn radius and the inboard rider paces him. Interesting.
Thanks for sharing KG

I'm not so sure I could successfully take that course at that pace without anyone beside me. That was great!

And you never are suppose to look at the cones ....I took an advance riding course from "roadcraft" here in Vancouver and we taught to look where you are riding to,... and not where you are. As soon as you reach your turning point you need to have your head turned and be looking where you are going. Not that I'm any expert that's for sure.Just what I was taught. They had us doing uphill figure eights within the first day. I certainly wasn't ready for anything like in the video when we were finished the three day course but I sure feel more confident on my bike. It's something you have to "keep your hand in". or you'll lose it.

I also noticed that the bikes are tethered together in the rear. Probably a DQ if the tether breaks before finishing.

I'm willing to bet they rubbed bags at some point in that run (o.k. that sounded twisted, but you know what I mean). Very cool to watch that kind of teamwork, control, and trust.
