Miles per gallon question-city and highway
I have an 03 and I was curious what others get from their tanks. I did a mix of city and highway speeds and got 30 mpg today. What are others getting when they mix city and highway?

I ride an 05 and get ~32 mpg mixed city and rural roads. I have not had it out on the highway yet.

'07 here.
I get 36mph consistantly. I ran a can of Seafoam through two tanks and got 40 during a charity ride through the country but that trip was pretty tame. Therefore I think a lot depends on how you ride and how clean the fuel and air delivery are. |

07 pretty much stock. Did drill a bunch of holes on the underside of the air filter cover. I get 38 to 42 depending on how hard I ride it. I usually take it pretty easy

08 Nomad that was getting 36-39 before TFI installed. Now averaging 42 to 45 depending on whether solo and speed. Plus running 89 now instead of 93 octane.

Miles per gallon question-city and highway
I have to admit, I have never owned a bike that was so inconsistent when it came to average gas mileage. I get anywhere from 0-100 if I fart right. I mean every tankful is like picking the lottery. The funny thing is, I am actually thinking it is cool. Go figure.
