It's truly mine now!

Today while leaving work I backed out of my space pulled in the clutch popped into 1st (have to make a sharp left turn) no big deal I have done this at least 100 times. Start moving pull my left foot up and I must have hit the heel shifter into neutral because when I let out the clutch with a small amount of throttle ....too late I was going to slow in a turn to recover and the bike rolled over . The bars did their thing and only a small scratch on the bottom of the rear bar but , the bad part is I had an audience of one . I popped it right back up and he asked me if I was okay and all I could do was bust out out laughing. How embarrasing . Oh well, she's mine now.

Ride safe
Dan

sh*t happens, be thankful it was just a bit embarrassing, and you don't have a big repair bill.

Hah. The only audience I had when I put mine on its side was the wife and she was on the back. Pulled into a gravel lot when it was drizzling and when I tried to back up out went the foot.

I've done this--I was in the wrong gear actually, stalled, and dropped it at zero MPH in a full-lock turn.

Them crash bars work pretty good for that stuff, hey?

A lot of thanks from many of us to some designer who located those guard bars.

It happens. I'm glad the only thing hurting is your ego.

Dropped mine in front of 30 members of a Motorcycle club - embarassing! Also in a parking lot in pouring rain - that sucked. Thanks Ma Kaw for those engine guards
Glad it turned out ok for you too Dan
