But good luck actually finding any Roadhouse pipes to buy. The company has been in limbo for about the past year.

There is a yellow Nomad on the forum with the Roadhouse pipes. I think they look great.

Can't help on the roadhouse, ??? but welcome to the forum n9151 fron NW Georgia. There is lots of good folks, and info here. A lot of us either have the PC III or the TFI for fuel processing, opinions vary, I run the TFI and am satisfied with it.

I really wanted the Roadhouse pipes with the serrated headers...man they look and sound awesome. I just couldn't find any when I was ready to buy...so I went with the V&H baggers.

I have a Kuryakyn Wildthing TFI, but I would definitely go with the PCIII next time. It almost twice as much but it will give you better fuel delivery over the whole rpm range.

Just my opinion

I just got off the phone with roadhouse. The lady said they were all out testing and that someone would get back to me. I left a voice mail and sent an email. Time will tell......

Hey bz, V & H baggers are my choice for pipes. I've heard that they are quite loud and wear you out on a long cruise. Is that true??

V&H don't bother me at all and I wear a half helmet. Wind noise (roar) bothers me more with the 1/2 helmet.

Thanks guys. I just read a review on Motorcyclecruiser.com on the Roadhouse exhaust. The right floorboard isn't the first thing to scrape in a hard lean right turn. The bottom of the pipe scrapes first. I don't think I'd like that.

Roadhouse exhaust

Just got this email from Roadhouse:

"We should have the dooleys ready to go within a couple weeks. Since we took over the company we have been primarily working to fill back orders from the previous owners. As we are doing so, we are trying to build extras to supply retail customers with new orders. We are back in production and working hard to catch up. If you would like me to put you on a list, I can get one to you as soon as they're done. Let me know'

"Thanks,
Dusty"

Don't know about the hard leans and dragging them, but I really like the sound of them over the V&H. Needless to say, My V&H might be for sale in a few weeks. ;)
