I'm far from liberal, but as long as violent and/or sex offenders are excluded, it actually makes sense. There's a lot of folks who have done time for relatively minor offenses (possession of pot, for example) who aren't necessarily "criminals".

I would agree with you on that CJ. However, it still should be up to the landlord to make that decision.

I think if it is YOUR money and you took the risk to buy a building, house, or apartments to rent them that you should have the only "say-so" as to who you rent to -- period. No one will change my view on that. ;)
