The only reason I put any air in at all was for two up riding, I was bottoming out on occasion. 15# cured that, and damping left at stock (#2 I think).

I'm a pretty good size fellow too, and settings vary by load....
Solo 17-20 psi and rebound at 3 (I like the ride a little stiff) ;) 2-up 20-25 " " " " 3 2-up loaded down for a trip 25-30 psi and rebound at 4

1700nomad, solo 10-12 and damp = 2, with wife and gear 18-20 damp = 3 or 4 depending on road.

anywhere from 0 lbs to 30 lbs depending on the load and passenger and rebound 1-4 depending.

I did 35lbs. & #3 for trip with 2-up and trailer and it was great. I've been @ 0 & #2 solo, to soft, gonna put 15lbs in.
