BACK OFF !!!!!!!
I installed a Brake Light Signal Module on my bike the other day called Back Off XP. Just to let everyone know this does make a difference in how drivers see you. The model I bought has 2 modes. I selected the mode where it emits a visual signal of 4 short light flashes, followed by 1 long flash about 3.5 seconds long. The flashing automatically repeats itself as long as the brakes are applied.
I have to say, I can see a big difference in how close the drivers pull in behind me. They seems to stay further off my rear than they did before. Good investment. I think I paid like $30-35 dollars for it. The installation was simple and works great. Their web site is: http://www.signaldynamics.com/ And their made in the USA!!!! BACK OFF !!!!!!!
I have one of their other products that converts my turn signals into brake lights, I agree you can never have to many lights on the back of the bike.

BACK OFF !!!!!!!
That was one of the first safety items I bought for the bike and it really does make a difference. The flashing light keeps people back because they think you're pumping your brakes in order to slow. It's a great item.

The Kury run-turn-brake controller also lets you use your turn signals for brake lights. You can also set it to blink 4 times and then stay on steady, or not to blink at all. Really a great safety investment.
