Brake pedal

Did anyone put a smaller brake pedal on so you could use more of the floor board?

Some have installed the OEM Drifter pedal which is longer than the Nomad pedal. Gives you more toe room on the floorboard.

Brake pedal

I have adjusted to the pedal. When riding I slide my foot under forward and under the pedal. I have gotten pretty quick at bringing my foot back and hitting the pedal when I need to.

I adjusted my OEM pedal up 1 notch on the spline and it works great. Plenty of room for my foot and easy to get to.

I have long legs and big feet size 15 shoe. I put the drifter brake pedal on right after I got the nomad and it is a great improvement.

I bought a salvage pedal on E Bay for a few bucks. Cut it in half added 2 inches of flat iron. Happy with the outcome still have my original pedal.

Skeeter,

I've seen your feet.....

An average steel toed boot won't fit under the stock pedal in the stock location.

+1 on the Drifter pedal. For more room, but more $$$, Scootworks makes an even longer one.

Bought the drifter brake pedal online. didnt pay attention to the ad and it is powdercoat black. Will probably still install it though. Looking forward to having more room for my feets.

I went alittle cheaper route... I changed out the rubber part. It matches my toe and heel shifter. It's the kuryakyn 8044, it's alot smaller than that big black rubber pad. bout $27.00
