New guy saying hi.
Well, new Voyager owner checking in. Finally got a the right woman in my life, and after one cramped ride on my Shadow, we're on a Voyager! We're from the western Michigan area. She's new to the sport, I've been riding for 5 years or so. Loving our 2010 Silver/black Voyager, and I'm not sure who likes the V&H pipes more. (Shadow had drags, rode the Voyager home and she said it was too quiet) Hoping to meet some of you at the many many west MI bike events, and as we tour around the midwest.
So far from my reading, I think I have found the resource I needed, as nothing in my garage stays stock for long, and coming from an '88 bike with a four speed trans, this Voyager seems like working on the space shuttle. I wanted a V-Twin bagger, and Yamaha's didn't impress me. After owning one Road King, I am forever burned out on the whole Harley thing. So far, after the first 2,000 miles or so, I absolutely love my Voyager!!!!!! Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Looks like I won't make the national rally. One of my other toys is an '85 S-10 that makes around 400hp, and has been going to a show that is that same week since it's completion, and I've been attending that show since my father took me the first time at age 8. Kind of a tradition that started long before my motorcycling.
