First ride of the season

After shoulder replacement surgery last April, I finally got my first ride of the season in. Wasn’t far . . . only about ten miles, but it felt great.

Before the surgery, I could barely lift my arm to get it on the handlebars. Now there is absolutely no pain at all. Long and painful process, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Amazing what can be done these days.
