Handlebars for Vaquero, Voyager, or anything with 1.25 clamps
These are my new bars
They are made to fit a Vaquero or Voyager The are stronger and easier to build than the old ones and offer some people a way to build there own custom bars I am offering them as a finished handlebar. Or as a diy that someone with a welder or a friend with one can customize the bars to suite them The unfinished bars can be adjusted by you for hight and width and angle of the top caps It makes a lot of difference in how they feel The unfinished bars come with everything welded but the center uprights So you can adjust them The unfinished DIY bars go for $200 shipped in the US The finished bars will come ready to bolt on powdercoated black They are BOLT ON you wont have to change any wires or lines. The finished bars go for $250 shipped Message me for details

Thanks, I am going to spray paint a couple of sets to give some ideas as to what could be done with them

I am new to replacing bars, and I know you said they will work with the stock cables. How much play is in the cables for positioning? Would the stock cables work if you set the bars at 14"?

I'm sure Don will chime in soon but based on our conversations 11.5" is max on stock cables/hoses

Those don't look like the same bars, those look like his old design?
