Check out this paint and tank cover

Here is the best tank cover paint job I have seen yet for a Vaquero....and the rest of the bike is pure eye candy as well....including that other something in the photo...

I think people customize metrics they look awesome. everyone customizes the other brand, to the point I feel like I've seen them all.

Does it have a rear suspension? It looks like it's dragging on the ground.

It has air shocks, when on the kick stand like that it does look extremely low to the ground depending on your perspective.

I bet speed bumps would be a problem.

I'm with you guys. I like bikes period.
I guess what I meant to say is you see a lot more custom Harleys than any other motorcycles, and sometimes that gets a little repetitive on some of the things or themes they do. so when I see a metric custom I think hell yeah. some of you on this forum have taken your vaquero's to another level and no doubt they look cool as shit, I love it .
Harleys are as common as coca cola I was once told. society thinks its a motorcycle its gotta be a Harley. like Kleenex you don't ask for a facial tissue right! bottom line is when I guy's got a metric custom its very cool in my book ( take pride in your ride )

NOT Harley bashing at all I love them too

One of those things is high-maintenance!

I'm betting it not the Vaquero...

The bike in the photo has an air suspension with a compressor pump that is actuated by an auxiliary switch that can raise that bike up and down.

Roaring Toyz' custom has always been a stand out Vaquero.

Those guys at Roaring Toyz started with custom HD's and choppers and Japanese sport bikes like busas and ninjas. One of the owners fell in love with the Vaquero and decided to customize the one. They have the 21 rims, air, boards, black powder coated z bars and stuff for the Vaq. I agree with you guys about one thing.....nothing and I mean nothing stands out like a nicely customized metric cruiser. Glitzy garden-variety Harleys are all over everywhere and don't stand out that much anymore. If you have one, your next door neighbor does to but if you have nice Vaquero or custom VN1700 Classic, M109 or a nice Yamaha 1900 Raider, a Nomad... you've got something and also a bike that will get you where you are going in comfort and style and reliably.
