Sounds like this judge made a common-sense call on this one.

Now if only we could get a bunch more of them to do the same...

Glad to hear this judge dismissed the charges. Charges should never have been placed against him. Just my opinion. I know, everyone has one.

Yeah, amazing how you can catch someone breaking the law but the main concern is you should not have tape it cause its against the law.
We have evolved into a "Its the law" so whether the act is justified or not is no longer relevant. Unless of course your a politician... your above that nonsense we have to live with.
