Beautiful day yesterday, was a Holiday so the g-friend was home managing my day

so no riding was done.... But I did get to change the oil on the lawn mower, it was an engine

Today, well she’s at work but rain is in the forecast

Good Jerry. Season just opened for Dore last Fri. On my lake we have a fast moving creek that enters the lake and it is all sand bar then a big drop off.
Like clock work once it gets real dark the Dore come up from the drop off and just sit on the sandbar in 2-3 feet of water waiting for minnows to swim by. Usually 5-6 boats out there and we all know each other, so lots of joking while we wait for them to hit. About 4 good size ones were caught between us the other night, I had what felt like another big one but lost him up beside the boat.
Going out again tomorrow night.
