Great day yesterday I took the Beast too work and did a couple of errands afterwards; only 10 miles.

Rode in to work again today. They were giving a 70% chance of rain but mostly for the afternoon. I made it to and from work without getting wet. Total miles so far for the day is at 17.

this was my first ride since getting back from MV. About 250 miles of riding in the land of corn.

Rode later in the day after getting some rest. Work takes more out of me these days than it once did. Rode an additional 8 miles for a total of 26 miles for the day. The Nomad rolled over the 15,000 mile mark today.

Ive been out in the boat two days in a row now, But it seems I forget how to fish. I got a small perch today while trolling for pike.

Had two short rides today. First one was to go pay the electric and then the water bill. Second trip was to the post office. Total miles so far, 9 miles for the day.

Rode 9 miles early in the day on two separate trips. Just got back from a trip to Guntersville, AL. Round trip was 30 miles so my total miles for the day was 39.

Went to visit my daughter at her camp site took some steaks and had a nice diner. Round trip 148 miles.

I was planning a nice long ride today. Was in the carport doing some shining on the Nomad. Noticed it was very cloudy and heard some thunder. Then the rain hit. Ended up working on the bike instead of a long ride.

Did get in a short ride of 5 miles after the rain and the streets pretty much dried.

I went for about a 50 mile ride today through Mesa and back. I'm on call this weekend, so I had to be able to get back home in a hurry. Then I ended up replacing the alternator in my car. It's a real treat working over a hot engine in a 120 degree garage.

Finally took an afternoon and went for a ride. I'm at my cabin in Northern WA and have been residing my cabin with spruce log siding. My friend "midge" is here from Calgary at his cabin and has been helping me with my work.

We decided to work till noon and then go for a ride. So we fired up my Nomad and his 2010 Voyager and took a ride from the Mt Baker area, down #542 or hwy 9 then out Hwy 20 to Anacortes WA. Had a bite and rode back. Not a huge ride but nice just to get out.

Rode about 320 miles today with the heat index in excess of 110. Had lunch at a restaurant located inside a cave on the side of a river bluff. The cave was nice and cool, however. I've put over 1,000 miles on the new bike in two weeks. :)
