Thought it would rain today so I didn't ride to work. Could have though as it didn't rain while I was at work. I took a short ride of 4 miles later and barely beat the rain home. It came a flood and it could still rain more tonight.

20 feet 10 from the shed to the garage to clean up the bikes from the rally then back to the shed.

It sounds like a whole new thread but why would your helmet be "toast" after only a couple of months???

Just returned from an 11 mile ride. Just rode down US Highway 431 and returned home. Great day for a ride as the temp felt really nice.

Curtis, you will get used to it and love it, trust me. I was the same way when I got mine.

We rode 110 miles round trip for dinner tonight. Taminator isn't feeling well, I think she got some bad food.

Rode about 150 miles to the dealer as my bike was due for servicing. While there I asked him to look at my tire (wasn't concerned since they only have about 8500 miles on the bike). Anyway the back tire had to be replaced as I am going to Pennsylvania next week and he didn't think I should take a chance.

When we got the tire off we found a nail in it (sideways so it didn't go through). The tire was really done; I couldn't believe it after such low mileage.

We rode around the block today, Started here in N/E Arkansas rode northwest into Missouri thru West Plains, turned west to Ava, MO. then South on MO-125 and crossed on the Bull Shoals lake ferry back into north/central Arkansas. Rode to Yellville, AR. and turned back east on US-412/62 back to home. Round trip was 425 mile.

Rode over to Lockhart Texas for lunch at Smitty's Market; about 90 miles round trip. Had a piece of Prime Rib and some lean beef shoulder.

Only rode a total of about 19 miles. Nice ride even though it was only a short distance.

Took a ride over to Wausau WI for a grad party. Rode 2 lanes where we could, 4 lanes where we had to. About 220 miles each way and got home about 9:30 last night.

Weather forecast didn't hold up so we got a few sprinkles and colder than we expected.

Still a good ride, nice day, good to see some old friends.

Did 160 miles today large circuit into Hamilton, Burlington, Guelph, Fergus, Elora, West Mountrose, St. Jacobs, St. Clements and finally ended at my daughters for her 40th birthday and after diner back home. Great day!

Took a 50 mile ride and took a little hike down by the river. Nice evening for a ride.

Should have rode early in the day as it rained all afternoon. If it clears up tomorrow I will ride to work.
