It was -21 this morning at 6 am.
Just got back from giving blood for bloodwork.
Have another appointment at 3 pm to have loop recorder which was implanted in my chest checked.
Getting old is soooo much fun

Happy President's Day to all the Americans. Is this a National Holiday and day off from work for most of you?

It's a beautiful sunny, -1* C day here in "the cariboo" region of BC. with expected highs of 4*. Snow flurries expected in the evenings for the next couple of days. And that, for me, is a good thing. Thinking of going fishing.
