2:15 PM...here along the Foot Hills of The High Sierra's...I just about 30 seconds ago checked my outside (OAT)...and its needle is steady @75derees(f)..I'd have to light up another cigar to tell the wind direction (seriously)...and the sky is Severe-Clear !

A beautiful and sunny day today. I went for a long ride on my Vaquero with my son on his VN 900 Classic. This is life!

I'd like to have a Vaquero, and for it to be summer time, but..........

Good morning no temp (0*) this morning, they think there will be a temp later of 5*.
The snowplow came, to pad his bill for this losing winter for him. I think we got 2" overnight,
and we haven't had a snowfall worth plowing since about Christmas. I almost feel sorry for him.
Last year I paid $500 for his services, hoping it doesn't get past $125 this year. Well the birds
seem happy and the house is warm, time for some breakfast. Have a good day.

Good Morning, I mean afternoon now; 0 and windy. I went icefishing this morning and just got back. It was brutally cold on the lake today, and nothing to show for it.

I've often wondered about ice fishing, how do you cook them without melting?

Funny We haven't had enough snow to need the snowblower since Christmas here in town, but a bit over an hour away at the cottage I'm plowing every week. Sat at the cottage it was snowing and blowing all day leaving about 8 inches of new stuff on the ground. Come home last night and there was barely a half inch of new snow. No complaints though.

Good morning. It's a cloudy 14* this morning. Quite the change from yesterday when it was in the 50's. Front came barreling through yesterday afternoon and the temperatures dropped like a rock. Just keeping the fire burning. Propane made a huge jump in price. Two weeks ago it was $2.05 and now it's up over $4.

What? Most have snowed more north of the river again. It snowed maybe 2 inches here this morning.

good morning all.....-6C at 10:00 AM ...suppose to be snowing now according to the weather network,...but it isn't. 5 cm expected tomorrow and another 3 Wed. I'll believe it when I see it.
