Stowe Mtn. Resort opens today with a 2' base but with higher temps predicted for the
weekend may have to close again. Killington is still open and other resorts are hoping
to be open for turkey day.

It's a different day today !!! Right around 0* C and snowing. Looks like we have about 5-6 inches over night with speculation it's going to snow all day.

..Another bright sunny dawn today...temps got up to around the high 60's at the moment...still a bit chilly for my old frost bit butt...but I gotta good leather fighter pilots jacket...and in few minutes,I'll be heading out to "Run The Switch Backs" a few miles from here.. Gotta keep my equalibrium..excersiced !

I wonder if I can get a "Prescription"..For That ! ?? ..then I could get Obama-Care to buy me a new Indian !...for medicinial purposes of course !

Good Morning; 32 and clear. On Fri & Sat I was in Cochrane, thats 500 miles north of me, there was a foot of snow on the ground, and the locals were all running around on sleds. By Sunday it was 60 and the snow was almost gone, the lake opened up again and we were in tee shirts outside.

we ad the same thing about a week ago Steve.... but fear not because the winter temps and snow are right ahead of you, I'm sure. I have little doubt winter has arrived to stay for the next 5 months here,...........
