CJ very nice ride. Excellent choice and colour. I am sure you will have years of comfortable riding in style

Not that black isn't nice (enough) but always liked ones with a bit of a difference and tasteful without being over the top. This one fits that even in Purple it's classy!!!!

Glad in the end it worked out for you and they gave you a decent value for your old friend.

Any additions planned right away???

Scott

Congratulations on the new ride. I know you will enjoy it, although mine is a little faster (it's black!)

Well I do not frequent this forum but once in a blue moon anymore since I am busy trying to kill myself on KTM dirtbikes now.....but I did force myself to go to AZ BikeWeek today, and who should I bump into but Mr. Hanks himself.....

A truly stunning color combination, and I know you're gonna love that bike. A lot!

I guess glwilson has been right all along!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

In a recent post Scott said he had an ample supply of T-Shirts. And from what I heard on NECN this a.m. a large supply of thongs has been shipped from the airport in Bangor Maine.
Rich you must have the world's largest inventory.
I'm sure Scott will have a hard time deciding which pair to wear every day. :)
But I bet the purple ones get the most usage.

Congrats Scott, but you know with a purple bike ya need to change your name to Barney! Seriously, everyone I know who has an Ultra LTD, loves it!
Make sure you let us know how long it takes for you to leave the house without your keys an have an issue either
a: getting gas(all HD keys seem to fit each others gas caps)
b: shutting off the bike and not being able to start it again due to the security system needing the fob with the bike instead of 100 miles away in the house...

HD thought of the "forgotten-keys" problem. The owner can over-ride the system; punch-in their password, and off they go. ;)

At least I can on mine.

No, not in July, but in December, January and February they might come in handy. Or don't you ride during winter? It's pretty nippy riding to work when it's in the low 30's.

I aint one of them girly biker men, I ride when its cold, even down to 50 degrees and when its hot, up to 90.

Actually I put the most miles on in the winter. :)
