Fairings, Tourpacks, Baggers, Post your pics here!

My Tourpak has the lights and the antenna mounts on the back, here it is without the chrome trim:

I'll need to run the FM antenna cable from the fairing, the wires from the stereo to the rear speakers and wire in the taillights - and I'll be sure to get the passenger seat spacing correct before I drill through the wompus rack, my wife doesn't take up very much space. At this point I'm no longer worried about the money - I'll keep the bike and ride it enough to get the $$$-worth out of it.

Wiz, I forget to mention earlier that you should use a plug so its easy to remove the Tour Pak without cutting any wires.
I wish I had the same Ultra beerbox as yours, mine was already on the bike when I bought it, and had the Electra Glide box on it.
Those extra lights are a really nice feature to have.

So yours doesn't have the light pkg. either Steve. What models came with lights.?? I think mine is off an Ultra it has no lights except the LED ones that go around the bottom of the box, that took the place of the chrome plastic on the sides. I modified those chrome pieces and attached them right above the LED's. They're not in my sig.

Unless they have changed recently the Ultra Classics were the only bikes that came with the tailights in them, and now the new Road Glide Ultra as well. The side marker lights were available on Electra Glides as an extra. I don't have any lights on my box. You could buy them and cut them in but that would cost a fair bit from the prices Ive seen them selling for.
Also my box just has a rubber mat in the bottom, whereas the Ultras have a full molded carpet liner.
Heres a link to a bargain priced Tour Pak, if they have any left.

And heres the best prices on new Harley Tour Paks.

With what I got in the tourpak with back rest and chrome rack the paint job and a wompus rack I should come in about 750 I hope. There is a liner on ebay for 40 it might not end up to bad on me its a King Tourpak

Not that Im aware of, but I see some HD quck releases on Ebay all the time.
I cant seeing it taking more than 15-20 minutes to remove the box if its bolted on.

I'm still wondering what box I have. "strobe" bought the tour pak new I know that!! I thought it was off the Ultra Glide.... Ultra Glide??? Is that right? There are no lights, as in turn lights or running lights on the rear. I have the LED kit that fits the sides. It also has the full liner in the bottom. But he might have bought that separately, I don't remember.

Other than the wiring it should be able to be unbolted pretty quick.

Ultra Classic, Which is HD full touring bike, which has lowers, CB radio, etc. Like Ringadingh said, if it doersnt have the light kit, then it probabley came off their Eletra Glide. The light kit was only on their Ultra Classic, unless the person paid extra on the Eletra Glide to have them added

I also know you can buy the light kit on the rear off Ebay, which is what a friend of mine did with his HD tour pack

HD also made smaller half trunks, with no lights

I hadn't thought of that, but it seems like the way to go. The taillights are already hooked up to a plug so I'll go get the H-D part for the other side of that plug and wire the lights to that - and do my own plug for the speakers.

Ricky; from what I see yours looks like it off an Electra Glide, same as mine. You have the lights on the side of the box, which can be added or come on a Harley, I have just the chrome trim covering that area.
