I just order a backrest from Lonnie.... Looks nice... can't wait to get on my bike and take a long ride without lower back fatigue.

Okay, I ordered Lonnies backrest last night and am looking forward to seeing it on my bike.

What happens if you leaned back hard on the rest and the bar bends OR you bend the bracket(sleeve) that bolts to the fender? once thats loose your *&%$#

it's too sturdy to do that Doc, it's sturdier than the Mustang backrest

I would not recommend that you buy one Doc....like everything else, it may not be for everyone....call me crazy, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you wouldn't like it.

I'm 6' 7" and 280+. I'll let you know how Lonnie's backrest holds up. If it works good for me, any of you little people should feel comfortable about trying it.
