I spoke with Larry last night (owner of the place). He said he will be sending out confirmations for the hotel reservations soon. He said this is his busy season and simply hasn't had the time.

Apparently his normal confirmation info has different cancellation requirements than what he had made arrangements for with Greg on these rooms. Not sure if that is good or bad. He said when he re-writes the info for the confirmations he will send out an email.

I asked him to confirm verbally I was on the list, and he did. Apparently several have called to see if their reservations are solid. He has a list he has made specifically for our gathering.

Just wanted to share what he told me. See you all then.

Good to hear. I was thinking of calling him since I hadn't seen an email reply for confirmation.

I was told to expect confirmation in 2-3 days when I made my reservation this morning.

Larry the owner had told me early on he is slow to respond this time of year. Peak of the season and still has Sturgis coming up.
