optical is better than digital zoom. I had to use digital to get this shot as it was... way the hell up the river.

Man, all of you have some real talent and an amazing eye for just the right shot. I like the snowy pics alot since we never see it down here, but I like it just the way you have shown it... on photos!

That's what I like to see. Nice shots!

The actual purpose of the "challenge" is to post pictures taken during that week. Digging through old pictures isn't really improving any ones photography abilities or encouraging anyone to get out and take pics.

I have seen some stunning photos taken with phone cameras.
a lot of times really good composition will overcome a cheap camera
better put, What's in the photo is way more important than what you used to shoot with.

I'm not sure how to make the photos thumbnails you can expand/open. sorry if they're too big.

I'm not a photographer but I caught my Boston terrier/shiatsu cross in action doing her favorite thing,...chasing the ball. It looks like she's flying low level across the grass.
