I hear ya Idaho. Brew a fresh pot of coffee and can decimate a whole bag of Oreos... or Ginger snaps with milk....yum!

You guys and gals are on your own to record your workout progress. I'm in a motel room in Boise and don't have access to my stuff at home. Tell you what, I will do some push ups and sit up later this evening after dinner has settled. I promise. I will even get back on line to give you the gruesome details.

I feel your pain man. I spend way too much time in hotels and they don't always have workout facilities. (although some do)
So yeah, it's pushups and situps in the room. Just not the same. Plus I never like getting on those disgusting floors in a hotel. They look clean, but if you've ever watched those reports on the lack of cleanliness in hotels....it will give you nightmares.

Got to the gym this morning and did a back workout. Deadlifts, seated rows and t-bar rows along with a little cardio.

I am into my cardiac rehab routine 3 times a week now . I wish now I had taken advantage of all those motels that I stayed at that had workout facilities. As for the cookies, oatmeal have always been my favorite.LOL. That is fortunate as oatmeal is now a staple of my diet.
