Add marsh mellows to it and it's like a s'more, oogh and wash it down with old fashion eggnog.

It's fun being fat 'till you're laying in the hospital hooked to an EKG gasping to breath with your heart trying to beat under 40 lbs of yellow chicken fat.

Woohoo It's time to start the new year!
So hears the scoop.
Weigh in on Jan 1st.
If you like - post progress reports every week.
You can give as much or as little info as you want.
On July 1st we'll figure out who lost the highest percentage of body fat. We have a prize!

So here's my first post:

I hit the scale this morning at 302. That's my starting weight.
I would like to lose a lot. I don't even remember under 260 so I don't really have a final goal weight yet.
I am setting 20 lb. goals right now so 280 is my first goal. I would like to hit it in the month of February.
I am using the weight watchers point system but am not signing up for the meetings.
I hope to start getting some walking and hiking in.
So what are your goals?

All this talk about weight loss reminds me of the old joke about the guys wife that liked fast cars. Her birthday was near and she kept telling him she would like something that would go from 0 to 150 in 5 seconds or less So he gave her a bathroom scale.

Your not supposed to weigh in while holding every silk shirt and pressed pair of pants you own Brad.

Well 267 Doc says 195 so 72 lbs is goal as soon as weather clears up going to hit the greenway on bicycle and try for 20 mile every other day see if that works. I guess not eating a bunch of junk will help too
