I made sure not to melt the wheels so they could be used again.

It needs a potatoe and mushrooms to make it perfect.

Isn't it one of those ones where you put a quarter deposit in to release it from the rest? I'd be taking it back, man that's dam near a 1/4 of a bottle of beer!

Only one way to do steak. Start with 3/4 or slightly thicker Rib Eyes. Cut several sprigs of fresh Rosemary and roll them in your hands to bruise the leaves. Layer the herb and steaks like a cake. Herb, steak, Herb, Steak, etc. Then leave over night. Start a HOT fire using bulk charcoal, not bricketts. Pull the steaks out of the fridge when the fire is ready, remove the rosemary, douse liberally on both sides with Fiesta brand fajita seasoning, then place on rack no more that 2 inches above the fire. Turn after 2.5 minutes. Give the second side almost 3 minutes. Remove, let rest 5 minutes. Eat. The heat and the fajita seasoning make a crust that is ummmmmmmm gooooood! The rosemary adds a flavor that only the gods can apreciate. Steak is warm and bloody in the center. Perfection!
