I have often thought there was too muh red at the front of my skoot. The fairing and the side cowls give the skoot a bulky look o it. Seeing the Vaquero SE in orange but with the black painted side cowls deffinately caught my eye. That skoot has a much less bulky look to it and the fairing stands out on it's own.

Gonna put some black duct tape on the side cowls to see if there will be the same affect on my skoot.

Took me a bit to find a new 2012 Vaquero because I just didn't care for the '13 & '14 flat black look. I like my green one, and I can't believe how many compliments I get on the color. I parked next to a Harley owner who just painted his bike Camaro Green and it was very close. I picked mine up for $14,700 OTD. Not at all like the sticker price.....

Ovationdave, I'm with you on the Green. I was really close to getting the Camaro in green, still might. I bought mine used in Feb 12 with 250 miles on it for $9500. It had the driving lights, extra windshield, and Cobra Tri-Ovals. Every time I ride it I smile about the price. I got lucky.
