I don't think so. The link is posting the construction time and info in weekly schedules. During the summer in Tahoe there is non stop road construction because it isn't done in the winter because of the snow and the tourist season.

OK Have been on way since Monday. Spending the weekend in Michigan then heading west to Iowa for a quick visit with daughter. Will be in S Lk Tahoe one week from Sunday. Hope to see ya all then. Safe travels all of you!
